Tasting Note: Drappier’s Grande Sendrée Rosé 2010 is a complex and elegant Champagne, blending 92% Pinot Noir with 8% Chardonnay. The nose reveals vibrant notes of strawberry and gooseberry, leading to a pure, refined palate with a lively freshness and subtle hints of licorice. Aged partly in barrels with low sulfites, it finishes with lovely roundness and depth, showcasing the finesse and character of this saignée rosé from organically farmed parcels.
